Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here’s how our cancellation process works:
- Order Cancellation Before Shipping: You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Order Cancellation After Shipping: Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You can return the item after receiving it, following our return policy.
Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy based on the following terms:
- Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging, including tags, and any certification or authenticity papers.
- Return Request: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with a return authorization number, which is necessary for processing your return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, custom orders, and special requests are not eligible for returns. Any item that has been altered, resized, or damaged after delivery is also non-returnable.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once we confirm your return request, we will issue a return authorization number.
- Packaging the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the return authorization number, to avoid any damage during return shipping.
- Shipping the Item Back: You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. The return shipping address will be provided once your return is authorized.
- Return Confirmation and Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@dnkgold.in or call & WhatsApp us at +91 93390 60558. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
- Report Within 3 Days: If your item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it. We may require photographs of the damaged or defective item for verification purposes.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges for items. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
